Can I submit a manufacturer or category not listed?
Yes. We consider equipment from any manufacturer and across medical equipment categories. Choose Other / Multiple Items in the form and describe what you have.
Can I submit several pieces of equipment?
Yes. Include a list with each item’s manufacturer, model, quantity and condition. If the items are at different locations, identify the city and state for each.
