The CSZ Hemotherm 400CE is a dual reservoir heater/cooler designed for use during cardiopulmonary bypass procedures lasting up to 6 hours. This system precisely controls the temperature of the water flowing through a blood oxygenator/heat exchanger to cool or warm blood. It is also compatible with hyper/hypothermia blankets to provide additional conductive warming. With full-range temperature control between 37.4°F and 107.6°F, high water flow rates at low pressures, and optional remote control (model 414CE), the Hemotherm 400CE is engineered to maintain normal body temperature during lengthy surgical procedures.
